Return & Refund Policy

At Iron Six Auto LLC, we stand behind the products we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date;
  • Item is in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition;
  • Item is in its original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and accessories;
  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued by Iron Six Auto.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been installed, assembled, modified, or used in any way;
  • Products with missing parts, hardware, or original packaging;
  • Products explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on their product page;
  • Electrical components damaged due to improper installation;
  • Special-order or custom-configured products.

Important: Verify product compatibility with your specific vehicle BEFORE installation. Installed items cannot be returned, even if they do not fit.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@ironsixauto.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. For damaged or defective items, please include photos or video.
  2. Receive RMA: We will review your request and, if approved, issue an RMA number and return instructions within 3 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging and include your RMA number on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the Return: Ship the item per the instructions provided with your RMA. Do not ship returns without an RMA — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  5. Refund Processing: Once received and inspected (up to 5 business days), your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Iron Six Auto will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost and issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind, Ordered in Error): Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.
  • Freight/Oversized Items: Return shipping costs may be substantially higher. We will provide a cost estimate prior to return approval.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund amounts may be reduced by original and return shipping charges.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Do not refuse freight deliveries. Accept the shipment and contact us immediately.
  • Report damage or defects within 5 business days of delivery with supporting photos or video evidence.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you after our review.

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the correct item.

8. Warranty Claims

Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers, not by Iron Six Auto. Contact us at support@ironsixauto.com and we will assist in facilitating your warranty claim. Warranty claims are separate from our standard return policy and are not subject to the 30-day return window.

9. Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us within 30 minutes of placing it at support@ironsixauto.com. If cancellation is not possible, you may return the item upon delivery per this policy.
