Iron Six Auto LLC operates on a dropship fulfillment model. Your order ships directly from our authorized distributors' warehouses to your door. Below is everything you need to know about how we get your gear to you.

We've Got Your Six: Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Questions? Email support@ironsixauto.com.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most in-stock orders are transmitted to our Suppliers within 1 business day of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier capacity, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Some products qualify for free standard shipping — look for the free shipping badge on eligible product pages. Oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping, and additional charges will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

4. Shipping Carriers

Iron Six Auto partners with leading carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The specific carrier is determined by our Supplier based on item size, weight, and destination.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active. For assistance, contact us at support@ironsixauto.com with your order number.

6. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional charges may apply). We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

7. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items from different Suppliers or warehouse locations, your order may arrive in separate shipments at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

8. Shipping Delays

Iron Six Auto is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier capacity issues, weather events, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Damaged Shipments

  • Do not refuse the delivery. Accept the package and note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt if possible.
  • Photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately.
  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@ironsixauto.com with your order number and photos.
  • We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

10. Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it: check with neighbors and secure delivery locations at your address; allow 1–2 additional business days as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely; then contact us and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.

11. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Iron Six Auto is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at support@ironsixauto.com if you need to update your address — changes may not be possible once the order is transmitted to our Supplier.
