Welcome to Iron Six Auto LLC ("Iron Six Auto," "we," "us," or "our"), a veteran-owned aftermarket automotive accessories retailer operating at ironsixauto.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Eligibility

By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not prohibited from purchasing our products under any applicable law. Iron Six Auto reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Products and Fitment

Iron Six Auto sells aftermarket accessories and parts for light-duty trucks, including Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado, and Ram 1500 vehicles. We operate on a dropship model, meaning products are fulfilled directly by our authorized distributors (collectively, "Suppliers").

Fitment Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate year/make/model fitment information. However, fitment details are provided for reference only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify product compatibility with their specific vehicle, trim level, and existing modifications prior to purchase.
Product Images: Product images and descriptions are provided by our Suppliers and are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color, finish, or packaging may occur.
Installed Products: Any product that has been installed, modified, or partially assembled cannot be returned. Please verify compatibility before installation.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Iron Six Auto reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods made available at checkout. Payment is charged at the time of order placement. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

Sales tax will be collected where required by applicable law based on the shipping destination.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellations

Submitting an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance via email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

Order cancellations may be requested within 30 minutes of purchase by contacting us at support@ironsixauto.com. After 30 minutes, your order may have already been transmitted to our Supplier for fulfillment and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

5. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by our Suppliers and ship directly to you. Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Iron Six Auto is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, supply chain disruptions, or other factors outside our control. Please review our full Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set forth in our Return & Refund Policy. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

7. Warranties

Product warranties, where applicable, are offered by the respective manufacturers and are not provided by Iron Six Auto. IRON SIX AUTO MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRON SIX AUTO LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Iron Six Auto LLC or its licensors. The Iron Six Auto name, logo, and "We've Got Your Six" tagline are trademarks of Iron Six Auto LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following posted changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
